Cancellation of participation

If you can not participate at the conference for unpredictable reasons after having registered, please send an email to the organizers:

• for cancellation of your talk or poster - to the section/division (for email address see under Contacts)
• for cancellation of conference participation (before payment) - to M. Friedrich ()
• for refund of conference fee - to Mr. Schaar ().

If cancellation takes place prior to February 26th, 2009 the complete payment will be refunded. A 20.- Euro cancellation fee will be applied in the case of non-participation and reclamation afterwards.
